The project: Redevelopment of an island connected by a causeway to Weston’s promenade. Repair and conversion of four Grade 2 listed buildings, the development of two new buildings and major public realm works

Our role: Outline, detailed and construction design and implementation inspections and administration of the public and private realm which forms an important public footpath and recreation space for the visitors to Weston’s waterfront promenade
